I got this for workouts at the gym. The carbon filter gets out all of the impurities that you get in tap water, and leaves you with pure refeshing water that, in my opinion is better than some bottled mineral waters. Good capacity too, dont have to fill it up too oftem. Ive saved quite a few pounds on bottled water too.
